Office of the chair is in the room No.1-8 in the main building of V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University, 4 Svobody sq. Having entered the building through the main entrance, you should go to the left through the hall until you get to three elevators. Use the stairs around the central elevator to get one storey up. When leaving the stairs, turn to the left, to the corridor under the green sign with white letters. Having reached the very end of the corridor, get one storey downstairs. Go backwards to the dead-end where the room 1-8 is located on the left side.
