Zahryva L.I. was born in 1953 in Lyubotin town of Kharkiv region. She entered physical department of O.M.Gorky Kharkiv State University (now V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University) in 1972, and graduated from Physical optics chair of the physical department in 1978. She has been working at the Physical optics chair since 1974, currently as 1st grade engineer. She is the chair's secretary. Zahryva L.I. is responsible for material and technical supplies for laboratory workshops of the chair.
